Information we collect
We collect information you choose to provide through our contact, enterprise request, and vendor application forms, including names, business contact details, company information, project requirements, capabilities, and messages. We also process limited technical information used for security, spam prevention, rate limiting, and service operation.

We use submitted information to respond to inquiries, evaluate potential business relationships, source or assess potential vendors, make requested introductions, operate and secure the website, maintain business records, and comply with law.
How information is shared
We may disclose relevant business information to service providers that operate this website, database, email delivery, and security controls. When appropriate to a requested engagement, we may also disclose relevant information to prospective enterprise clients, vendors, or professional resources. We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising as those terms are defined under California law.
Service providers and storage
Website submissions may be processed through Railway, PostgreSQL hosting, Resend, Cloudflare Turnstile, and other providers used to operate and protect the service. Information may be processed in the United States and retained for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above, legal compliance, dispute resolution, and business records.
Cookies, security technology, and notice at collection
Orbit does not currently use optional advertising or analytics cookies. Essential hosting and spam-prevention providers may process device, browser, network, and security information when you use the website or submit a form. Our Cookies & Data Disclosure explains these technologies, the categories and intended retention periods of personal information collected, California disclosures, browser signals, and available privacy rights.

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no system can guarantee absolute security. Do not submit Social Security numbers, financial account information, W-9s, license documents, insurance certificates, or other sensitive records through public website forms. Orbit will arrange an appropriate follow-up method when documents are required.

Depending on where you live and the law that applies, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of information you submitted, subject to legal and business-record exceptions. You may also ask us to stop non-essential communications. We will not discriminate against you for making a privacy request.
